As a subsidiary of Lecca Group, we specialize in Identifying and Revitalizing Undervalued Real Estate Assets, Offering Comprehensive Financing and Project Management Solutions. Our diverse portfolio spanning Real Estate Assets, Automobile, Real Estate Management, and Venture Capital.

Our inaugural project, Dolomite Templer Park, launched in 2023 in Rawang through a joint venture with OCR. This landed residential development boasts a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM313 million, marking the beginning of our journey in transforming undervalued assets into high-value investments.

Since then, Dolomite Capital has expanded rapidly through organic growth and strategic joint ventures. To date, we are involved in multiple ongoing and upcoming developments with a combined GDV of more than RM4.5 billion.
