Dolomite Templer Park
Property Development
Dolomite Templer Park is a thoughtfully planned residential development set amidst lush greenery. With a vision to enhance and revitalize the area, Dolomite Capital is leading its transformation through strategic development and joint ventures.

Project Phases and Current Status:

Phases 1 and 3 are completed, offering modern homes in a natural setting. Phase 4A1 recently added eight semi-detached units. Phase 2 is underway, introducing a clubhouse that will serve as a recreational hub, with potential for event spaces. Phase 11 is reserved for future development, with opportunities in the medical and hospitality sectors.




Strategic Joint Venture
Under a joint venture with Bursa-listed OCR Group Berhad, 18.37 acres of land within the development will be transformed into a vibrant residential community. This project, with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM313 million, will feature 118 semi-detached houses, 37 bungalow lots, and five shoplots, further enhancing the livability and investment potential of Dolomite Templer Park.
Dolomite Park Avenue
Property Development
Comprising of 18 units of 3 storeys of shoplots, a corner office block and four floors of carparks has been completed. The shoplots have been fully sold and the office block is potentially converted into an automotive dealership.

8 Conlay
Property Development, Investment and Management
On 5 January 2023, Damai City Sdn Bhd (“DCSB”) entered receivership. Following a tender process conducted by the Receivers and Managers, Dolomite Mutiara Consortium was selected as the White Knight for the 8 Conlay Rehabilitation Project.
The Consortium is a strategic two-way joint venture under a Special Purpose Vehicle (“SPV”) comprising Dolomite Capital (M) Sdn Bhd and Boustead Properties Bhd through Mutiara Spaces Sdn Bhd. Its objective is to revitalise the iconic 8 Conlay Project by assuming ownership and/or development rights through novation from DCSB.
The Consortium will oversee the project's completion, finance construction costs, promote and market the units, and settle outstanding debts owed to Malaysian Banking Berhad, DCSB’s secured creditor. This initiative ensures the successful completion and delivery of the 8 Conlay Project while safeguarding stakeholders’ interests.


Robson Hill
Property Development
The Residential Serviced Apartment with 2 Level of Basement and 7 storey height slope behind the development located at Jalan Robson, Kuala Lumpur.
The development comprised of 2 blocks of 29 storeys serviced apartment (404 units) on top of a level of serviced podium, 6 levels of elevated car parking and 2 levels of basement car parking. Project GDV is RM 555 million.
